This site is run by Courtney Gibbs, REALTOR® with Real Broker, LLC ("Courtney"), and is powered by ReconNation (operated by Recon Real Estate, LLC), a relocation platform for military families.

What's collected

Information you choose to send through a form or to Scout: your name, email, phone number, and details about your move or home search. Also basic, non-identifying usage data (pages viewed, device type, how you arrived), collected with Google Analytics.

Where your form information goes

When you submit a form, your information goes directly to Courtney, by text message and email, and is added to her lead list so she can respond to you. A copy is also stored securely by ReconNation (operated by Recon Real Estate, LLC) in its customer-relationship system to keep records and run this site. ReconNation does not contact you about your request; Courtney does.

How it's used

Only to respond to your request, follow up about your move or home search, and improve this website. Your personal information is never sold.

Who it's shared with

Courtney, and the service providers that run this site and deliver messages (hosting, email, text messaging, and the customer-relationship system), or when required by law. Analytics reports never include names, emails or phone numbers.

Text messages

If you opt in, Courtney may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties for their marketing.

Your choices

You can ask Courtney to update or delete your information at any time: text 360-607-8133 or reply to any email from her. A deletion request covers both Courtney's records and ReconNation's copy.
